Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

• Eastbound is to the left. Westbound to the right.

• 30-50 trains a day. All CN freight. No regular passenger service.

• Closest track is new north wye connecting old GTW to EJ&E. Daily EB
traffic. WB is rare

• Far south track is now an industrial lead to a chemical plant on Colfax
St. Switched a few times a week by CN. Track is on alignment of old
C&O-EJ&E interchange track. Track to plant is old C&O main and yard tracks.

• Tower was built in 1924, and in 2000 was moved to its current location
on the old Michigan Central right-of-way. Tower location used to be
across EJ&E/GTW tracks, about where signal masts and track oiler is.
